XS: Specially made for Japanese women under 155cm. in height. Ideal weight is less than 40Kg.

S: Mainly for Japanese people under 160 cm. in height and western people up to 155 cm.

M: For people from 155 to 180 cm. in height. Most western people use this size.

L: This size is 20 cm. larger than Medium. Usually for large people over 180 cm. in height, wearing 3L, 4L shirt people. (Black and Forest Green available).
